Hundreds of California lawyers welcomed to the AMENA Network!
The AMENA Civil Rights Center (“ACRC”) advocates for the civil liberties of Americans with origins across South Asia, the Middle East and North Africa (“AMENA”). The right to vote is a foundational civil liberty, and ACRC has invited attorneys throughout the AMENA community to help protect our voters at the polls. AMENA lawyers in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota answered the call in the 2020 election cycle. Since then, ACRC invited hundreds of AMENA lawyers in Georgia and Florida to join our Network.
And now, several hundred AMENA lawyers in California have joined the ACRC Network as we prepare for the 2022 elections. ACRC is honored by each Network member, and dedicated to the principle that all AMENA community voters must be free to cast their votes without harassment or intimidation.
